The Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Audit Training e-Course was developed under the 11th European Development Fund Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures Project, which seeks to increase compliance by CARIFORUM States with international SPS measures, standards and procedures to increase international and regional market access. An important thrust of the SPS Measures Project is building the capacity of public and private sector stakeholders in critical areas relating to agricultural health and food safety, including the application of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on farms.

The GAP Audit Training e-Course aims to provide systematic coverage of the critical areas undertaken during the on-farm audit process, focusing on critical analysis and application to the Caribbean context.  Specifically, the course includes basic information on the procedures, techniques, field skills, and tools needed to plan and conduct an effective on-farm GAP Audit.
